OUR STORY

Our first trip to Rocky Point took place in 2003. Following our move from California to Phoenix, we found ourselves longing for the beach and learned about Rocky Point, Mexico, also known as Puerto Peñasco, often dubbed "Arizona's Beach." On a scorching 115-degree day in Phoenix, we packed up our two children and headed south to the border. Four hours later, we found ourselves seated on the patio of a two-bedroom ground floor condo at The Sonoran Spa Resort. It was surreal to realize that just four hours away from home, we were savoring ice-cold margaritas with fresh fish tacos, enjoying incredible oceanfront views of the Sea of Cortez. We were immediately captivated. So much so, that we decided to extend our stay.

During that memorable week, The Sonoran Sea Resort was commencing sales for their second building. Without hesitation, we seized the opportunity and purchased our first condo. It proved to be one of the most rewarding decisions we've ever made. Over the years, we've been fortunate enough to acquire additional condos, eventually turning condo rentals into our full-time business.

Today, with a plethora of condo options available, selecting the right one can be a gamble. We learned this through experience while waiting for our first condo to be completed. Many condos we rented turned out to be outdated and poorly maintained. This realization underscored the importance of who you rent from.
